He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Shaide and Genevie Shaide; his wife Judy Shaide (Jenkins); his stepson Jimmy; and his granddaughter Tiffany.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Jr. (Jennifer), Scott, Todd and Cathy; his siblings, Sylvia, Dean (Judy), Shirley (Florin), Roger (Roxie), Sandy (Jerry) and Judy Ann (Al); his grandchildren, Brittany (Joe), Jessica (Matt), Austin (Sam), Collin (Lexi), Tinley, Melissa, Tyler (Mariah), Chris (Hannah), David (April), James and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Gwen, Vera, Joey, Liam, Scarlett, Colton, Owen, Matt and Tyler.
