He is survived by: his son Thomas Myers (Gina); his grandchildren, Justin Myers (Christina), Tyler Crawford (Jessica), Roy Fields (IL), Devin Fields (AZ) and Nicole Fields; his sister Virginia Adams of Zion, IL.; and his great grandchildren, Aya, Jerrid, Gene, Annalee, Paislee, Aubree, Kailee, Gina and Steven. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
