We bid farewell to Jacob Zappa (Zion, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 15, 2024 at the age of 34. Jacob touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He is survived by: his significant other Heather; his children, Isaiah, Isabella, Adeline and Elijah; his parents, Rick Zappa and Jacki McElmurry; his grandparents, Eva "Ninny" McElmurry, Violet Mustain, Evelyn Matson, Bud Matson and Patricia Mallek; his siblings, Lindsey FitzMaurice (Kelly), Ryan Mallek (Cary), Karleigh Perazzo (Fabio), Kelsi Mallek, Ashley Zappa and Jeremy English; his in-laws, Diane Weseloh, Darrell Sheets, Wilma Sheets, Melvin, Karen Weseloh, Dale Sheets (Olivia) and Kristine Velez (John); and his grandparents, Rosie, Peter Zappa, Michelina Santopolo, Errol Mustain, Frank Mustain, Daniel Mallek, Mary Savage, Elijah "Lige", Eula "Momo" Dye, Jack "Poppy" McElmurry, Frances and Jack McElmurry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
