She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Sr. Billard and Julie Ann Billard; her daughter Sharon; her parents-in-law, Emmanual and Rose Francis; her siblings, Ambrose Jr., Levi, Clarence and Margaret Lefrense; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph Francis, Henry Francis, Freeman Francis, Dan Lawrence, Raymond Green, Joseph Lucas, Wallace Pearce, Emily Billard, Bernice Billard and Phyllis Francis.

She is survived by: her husband Maxwell Francis; her children, Kelly Francis (Roberta) of Burnt Islands, Alvin Francis (Debbie) of Isle, Randy Francis (Dorothy) of Burlington, ON and Robin Tulk (Kirby) of Glovertown; her grandchildren, Shannon, Kelly (Natalie), Scott (Jill), Lori (Zack), Donna, Kaleb and Kacey; her great grandchildren, Dalton, Nate, Ty, Chase, Kaitlyn and Alex; her siblings, Winter Billard (Ann) of Isle, Lindsey Billard (Bernice) of Isle, Gladys Lawrence of Isle, Harriet Green of Burgeo, Louise Lucas of Stephenville Crossing, Eileen Herritt (Ephraim) of Isle and Marilyn Smith of Halifax; and her sisters-in-law, Nina Pearce, Dorothy Ingram (Will), Rebecca Billard, Rita Francis and Elizabeth Francis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
