He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Congdon and Evangeline Congdon; his siblings, LeAnna K. Fischer and Ardsly P. Congdon; his brother-in-law Lee J. Fischer; and his nephew Caleb Congdon.
He is survived by: his brother Loren Congdon (Margaret); his former wife Mary Lou Congdon; his sister-in-law Pamela Congdon; his friend Frederick Mattoon-Cuthbertson (Edward); and his siblings-in-law, Krista Howard-Vice, Rachelle Ryan, Sandra McNeal, Ruth Ann Hall and Michael Mattoon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
