We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2019, at the age of 92, Donald D. Cook (Zion, Illinois), born in Pontiac, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Cook and Ann Hannon; his son Gary Cook; his grandson Ian Cook; and his brothers, Ronald and Eugene Cook.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Cook; his daughter Linnea Cook (Dave Rogers); and his grandchildren, Alison Ramos, Tyler Cook and Zach Metz. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
