He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Watts; and his siblings, James Thomas Watts, Leroy Watts, Edward Earl Watts, Bobbie Grace Jones, Billie Berk Pharr and Betty Lou South.

He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Louise Cromeans, Quinnie May Johnson and Shirley Jean Dayenian; and his children, Danny (Mary), David Watts of Kenosha, WI, Donna (Glenn) and Hedmark of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
