He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Neill and Helen O'Neill; his former wife Shirley; his nephew Keith Kimmel; and his brother-in-law Dick Kimmel.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Valerie Strzyz (Tom); his grandsons, Bill and John Strzyz; his siblings, Carol Wright (Jerry) and Brian O'Neill; his sisters-in-law, Joan and Linda Dockery; his nephews, Stephen Kimmel and Keenan O'Neill; and his niece Taylor O'Neill.
