It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Jackson of Zion, Illinois, born in Vina, Alabama, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robert; his parents, Collin Jackson and Mamie Jackson; his siblings, Kenneth, Eugene, Richard, Boyce, Audrey, Lurlie and Mariam; and his brother-in-law Bruce Wimer.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Jackson; his children, Michael Jackson (Debbie) and Beverly Slocum (Steven); his grandchildren, Taryn Reese, Christopher Jackson (Stephanie), Steven Slocum (Cassie), Ashley Slocum and Candace Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Tayden, Adleigh, Amaya, Leah, Rylynn, Elias, Ellie, Rowen, Douglas and Dallon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
