She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Pounders; her brother Thomas Jackson (Vic); and her parents, Clyde Jackson and Blondie Jackson. She is survived by: her sister Helen Wilson; her sons, Scott (Karisa) and Jon; and her grandchildren, Kiley, Ella Pounders, Ethan and Logan McDermott.
