He was predeceased by: his son Michael Lee; his parents, Alfred Clark and Rhoda Clark; and his wife Josephine Refieuna of Kenosha. He is survived by: his sister Susan Clark of Beach Park; his daughter-in-law Amanda Clark; his grandsons, Tyler (Morgan) and Darren Clark; and his cousins, Larry Puhl, Fred, John Maxwell and Laura Maxwell Rosema.

The family is requesting no flowers or plants.
