He is survived by: his sons, Jaxsen and Lance; his parents, Sandie and Ken (Joan); his sister Tatiana Scalzo (James); his nieces, Gianna and Adrianna Scalzo; his uncle Nick; his aunt Charissa Eliopoulos; his godparents, Dino and Elaine Kallianis; his significant other Melissa Mattonen; his significant other's daughter Jada Torres; his close friend James Trevino; and also Levi. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
