She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Carpenter and Lela Carpenter (Doolin); her husband Leroy Mills; her daughter-in-law Jerry (Patty Mills); her grandsons, Jason and Johnathan Mills; and her sister Caroline Funkhouser.
She is survived by: her children, John Mills (Jan) of Zeigler and Susan Triplett (Jerry) of Zeigler; and her siblings, Sherry Clark of Zeigler and Donnie Carpenter (Peggy) of Zeigler. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
