He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Keith and Goldie Keith (Gaddis); his former wife Darlene Flare; his daughter Marsha Green; his grandson Timmy Green; his siblings, Lorene Slyvia, Harold Keith and Glen Keith; and his niece Billie Jean Heiple.
He is survived by: his wife Malissa Jean Keith of Zeigler, IL; his children, Amanda Lemons (Ron) of Las Vegas, NV, Sara Wetherbee (Tony) of Kalamazoo, MI, Robert Joseph Keith of Mulkeytown, IL and Matt Keith (Tracy) of Mulkeytown, IL; his grandchildren, Katie Keith, Daniel Keith (Amber), Dennis Keith (Becca), Ofelia Perez (Nick Livesay), Malissa Green, Alicia Smith (Blake), Maranda Lemons, Zenida Perez, Wade Lemons (Brianna) and Giosue Lemons; his great grandchildren, Henry Keith, Auri, Bella Contrerras, Marsha Smith, Nathan McFarland, Kiera Boddy, Nadia Lemons, Marcela Lemons, Martha Kave, Mason Kave, Illithyia Stateler and Levi Livesay; and his niece Patricia Barber (Paul) of Murphysboro, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19, attendance will be limited, social distancing will be enforced and attendees are asked to wear a mask.
