He was predeceased by: his stepsister DeDe Phipps. He is survived by: his stepsisters, Denise Forstner of Florida and Darlene Turnbeaugh of Florida; his aunt Virginia Hladnich of St. Louis, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Milcic (Debbie) of Chatham, Diane Graham of North Mankato, MN and Sharon Vaughn (Gary) of Zeigler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Kase are suggested to the Zeigler American Legion Honor Guard or the Shriners' Hospitals for Crippled Children.
