She is survived by: her mother Stephanie Vaughn (Toth); her daughter Addilyn Smith; her sister Hillary Lewis; her nieces, Maddie Lewis and Savannah Vaughn; and her aunts, Robyn Rice, Christy Poggus (Marion), Debra Chapman, Carolyn Carol and Rebekah Sing. She is also survived by relatives and close friends.
