He was predeceased by: his father Jerry C. Eubanks; his stepfather Leon Morgan; his grandparents, George, Dorothy Kolar, Albert and Dorothy Eubanks; and his aunts and uncles, Patricia, Phyllis, Mary Lou, Albert, Harry Eubanks and James Hubbard.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Morgan (Kolar) of Zeigler; his wife Ronda Eubanks; his sons, Aaron Kleiser of Oshkosh, WI, Alex Kleiser of Mauston, WI. and Shane Eubanks of Janesville, WI.; his stepchildren, Lyndzee and Emma Finger of Benton; his grandchild Atlas Kleiser of Mauston, WI.; his siblings, Mike Eubanks of Zeigler, Ericka Morgan of Twinsburge, OH., Ryan Morgan of Sesser and Kevin Eubanks of Olathe, KS.; his niece Rylee Morgan; his nephews, Dakota Eubanks, Colton Heman, Jordan and Dylan Eubanks; his aunts and uncles, Fred Kolar, Robert Eubanks (Sue), Richard Eubanks (Kelley), Sandy Hubbard and Juanita Swears; and his cousins, Deanna and Jimmy Hubbard.
