She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Mae and Floyd Tanner; and her brother Cecil "Speck" Tanner. She is survived by: her husband Charles William Basham; her children, Mavis Davis, Nancy Medvick (David) and Caroll Basham (Treina); her grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Anthony Medvick, Laryssa Swinkunas and Collin Basham; her nephew Wayne Caplinger; and her niece Wilma Simmons. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
