She was predeceased by: her husband Edward M. Wilinkin; her former husband Robert K. Shrake; her parents, Virgil Phifer and Inos Phifer; and her siblings, Margaret Parsons and Kenneth Phifer.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Shrake, Brian Shrake, Judy Donegan and James Shrake. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
