He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parent Caterpillar; his child Caterpillar; his wife Dorita of Naperville, IL; his daughters, Janet Godfrey of Gilroy, CA and Susan Mantel of Oswego, IL; his stepchildren, Jeff Webb (Lori) of Pendleton, KY and Dawn Davis (Dale) of Crestwood, KY; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Jeffrey), Nathan (Sydney), McKenna, Haley, Daniel and Lauren; his great grandchild Avery; his sister Nancy Page (Tony) of Paducah, KY; his sister-in-law Karen Wilson (Al) of Huntley, IL; his nephews, Steven Page of Paducah, KY and Alan Page of Richmond Hills, GA.; his parents, William Eugene Godfrey and Evelyn Sue Godfrey; and his grandson Jacob Kyle Davis.
