It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Shepherd (Yorkville, Illinois), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Mills and Bernice Mills; her brothers, Donald Mills and Eugene Mills; and her grandson Jeffrey Walker-Bradley.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Shepherd; her children, Brian (Cindy Schele), Dan (Darla Maier), LaRonda Thomas (Mike) and Julie Angelo; her grandchildren, Ryan Thomas, Brendan Thomas, Tyler, Jaimie Angelo, Justin Angelo, Jake Angelo, Olivia Angelo, Nicholas March, Matt, Alison Hurd, Markk, Brittany Bush, Brendan Maier, Ashley Temko and Liam Maier; and her great grandchildren, Greyson Hurd, Landon Hurd, Julian Bush, Brandon Bush, Mya Bush, Jacob Bush, Hayden Bush, Chase Thomas, Elizabeth Gamma and Connor Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her name may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
