We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, at the age of 93, Mary Ellen Walker (Yorkville, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Mary Ellen's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Mary Ellen's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Walker; her mother Ellen Skinner; and her siblings, George, Laurence and Joyce Sebby.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Heap (Del), Brad and Jon (Laurie). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the AuSable Grove Presbyterian Church (5021 Wheeler Rd, Yorkville, IL 60560). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
