He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward L. VanDyke and Helen VanDyke (Hall); and his siblings, Martha Deain (Harold), Jean Baker, Doug (Sabra) and Robert VanDyke (Christine).
He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his sons, Christopher (Amber) and Phillip (Becky); his grandchildren, Colton, Luke, Henry and Cora; his brother Monte (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Sabra, Christine, Nancy, Jan and Pete. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor Mark's memory may donate to the American Cancer Society or a charity of their choice.
