It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marjorie J. Seifert of Yorkville, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kellett and Mayme Kellett (Carlson); her husband Ray Seifert; her daughter Pam Funfsinn; and her pet Alice Louise.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Seifert (Susan) of Elgin, IL and Sandy Rosenberg (Alan) of Oswego, IL; her son-in-law Clete Funfsinn of Mendota, IL; her grandchildren, Vicki Gilbert (Dave), T. J. Funfsinn (Jessica), Josh Seifert (Lauren), Matt Seifert (Erin), Meghann Rosenberg (Scott Funk) and Sara Poss (Chris); and her brother-in-law Don Seifert (Jan). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to City of Aurora Revenue and Collections, 44 E. Downer Place, Aurora, IL 60507, please address donations to go specifically to Phillips Park/Marge Seifert Memorial or to Kendall County Animal Control in Yorkville, IL.
