She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence A. Wheeler and Marcella Wheeler (Jacobson); her husband Ernest D. Lykens; her children, Dayle Foley and John E. Lykens; her brother Lawrence Wheeler, Jr.; and her grandson Jeffrey McNelis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Ruh (John Neron) of Yorkville, IL, Mary J. McNelis (Christopher) of Waterman, IL, Deborah Wortham of Yorkville, IL, Ann Lykens-Aylward of Oswego, IL and Joni Parker (Bobby) of Breezy Point, MN; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Harkrader (Alan) of Peoria, IL and Donald Wheeler (Theresa "Gus") of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eleven grandchildren.
