She was predeceased by: her parents, James Johnson and Myrtle Johnson (Todnem); and her brother James Engelthaler. She is survived by: her husband Ron Grindle of Yorkville, IL; her sons, Loki Freyr (Suzanne) of Plainfield, IL and Michael Grindle (Natalie) of Plainfield, IL; her grandchildren, Saga of Rig, Indiana Freyr, Autumn, Haley and Connor Grindle; and her siblings, Peter Johnson (Martha), Mark Johnson (Ruth), Linnea Lavender (Ron) and Kathy Heiman (Mike). She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
