He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sr. Chally and Bertha Chally (Lundy); his wife Leora Mae Seifert; his siblings, Vivian (Elmer Walker), Darlene (Kenny Brugh), Barbara Chally and Dale Chally (Joan); and his brother-in-law Milt Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Chally (Vicki), John Chally (Laurie), Jerry Chally (Linda) and Bonnie Weeks (Bill); his grandchildren, Todd Chally (Amy), Amy Chally, Mike Chally (Kelly), Jay Chally, Becky Chally (Jeromy Padgett), Brittany Johns (Matt), Adam Chally (Kayla), Scott Weeks (Rachel), Trent Weeks (Jordan), Tanya Weeks, Valerie Zobel, Kari Baum and Lisa Woods; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Addison Chally, Heidi, Capri Chally, Delilah, Mason and Tredan Weeks.
