He is survived by: his friend Nascar; his sons, Kyle Phillips (Katie) and Ryan Phillips; his granddaughters, Aubriella and Evalynn Phillips; and his sisters, Debbie Sampiller (Michael) and Terri Crowther. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
