We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2021, at the age of 64, Julia Ann Phillips of Yorkville, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Perna and Ella Perna; her sister Kari Perna; her siblings-in-law, Wendy Perna, Leah Perna and Larry Cherco; and her niece Alyssa Perna.

She is survived by: her husband Kent Phillips; her sons, Kyle Phillips (Katie) and Ryan Phillips; her grandchildren, Aubriella and Evalynn Phillips; her siblings, Kathy Barkei (Randy), Jane Cherco, Stephen Perna, Matthew Perna, Christopher Perna (Stephanie) and Adam Perna (Niki); and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Sampiller (Michael) and Terri Crowther. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
