He is survived by: his parents, Michael Burdiak and Tammy Burdiak (Hahn); his grandmother Danniele Carli; his sister Kelcie Krabbe Jr. (Anthony); his aunt Diane Nykaza (Stan); his uncles, William Hahn (Janine) and James Henley; his great-aunt Christine Hansen; his godparents, Dawn Smith (Dennis) and James Carli; his cousins, Olivia, Ashley, Kevin and Michael; and his pets, Bella, Molly and Hunter.
Memorials may be made to the Autism Society or the Music Program at Yorkville Middle High School.
