He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Wolf); his sons, Tony, Peter and Frank III; and his brother Roy Gonzales.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to the Frank M. Gonzales, Jr. Memorial Summer Scholar Fund.
