He was predeceased by: his parents, Ioannis Hasapis and Paraskevi Hasapis; and his sons, John and George. He is survived by: his children, Christina of Yorkville, IL and Patrick Hasapis (Sultan) of Lisle, IL; his grandsons, John and Jacob; his brothers, Chris Hasapis (Voula) of Greece and Angelo Hasapis of Yorkville; his daughter-in-law Tina Hasapis of Yorkville, IL.; and also Gavros Hasapis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church.
