With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel L. Salazar of Yorkville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Salazar and Mary Salazar (Resendez); his sisters, Sue Craft (Dean), Dolores Wallace (Clinton) and Annie Reynolds; his father-in-law Tim McCann; his brother-in-law Ernie Marshall; and his grandchildren, Jaydan Winbush and Zamiyah Salazar.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Salazar; his children, Eddie Nastasi (Carolyn), Jennifer Davenport (Doug), Jessica Riffle, Danielle Hendricks, Ashley McCann, Ryan Salazar (Devon) and Justin Salazar; his grandchildren, Ryan Jr., Damon, Riley Salazar, Mason, Madison McCann, Seth Salazar, Sean, Sawyer Davenport, Jaxon, Jacob Riffle and Faith Nastasi; his great grandchild Liam Salazar; his sisters, Sylvia Marshall and Jennie Wake; his mother-in-law Darla McCann; his siblings-in-law, Erin Novotny (Rick), Tara McCann and Tim McCann; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
