He is survived by: his daughter Maureen Claffey (Mark) of North Riverside, IL; his goddaughter Susan Chacon (Cesar) of Yorkville, IL; and his friends, Larry, Clare Bergnach of Oaklawn, IL and Michelle Peterson (Joe) of Sheridan, IL..
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home - Yorkville (1617 N Bridge St, Yorkville, IL 60560). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (406 Walnut St, Yorkville, IL 60560). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
