“I remember the shared laughter I had with Verda. One memory was when I asked her to "rat" my hair. We were both part of the cheerleading squad on a bus going to an out of town football game. She did a fantastic job as my hair was full and stayed put with lots of hair spray. It took me 3 days to get all the ratting out and my scalp was sore for 2 days!!🤣Rest in peace. You and your laughter will always be remembered. xo Dee Dee”
