It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca L Kempf (Yates City, Illinois), born in Tennessee, Illinois, who passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Marvin Dale Kempf Sr.; her siblings, Raymond Crawford, Herbert Crawford, Wilford "Buck" Crawford, James Crawford (Toosie), Elizabeth Damron and Betty Jean Bradberry; her children, Martha Buell (Earl) of Peoria, Carol Schertz (late Skip) of Peoria, Judy Brown (James) of Forest City, Marvin Dale Kempf Jr. of Pekin, Darryl Kempf of Yates City, Michael Kempf of Yates City and Matthew Kempf of Yates City; and her stepson Lynn Kempf. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
