Jerry Brehmer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2018, at the age of 76, Jerry Brehmer (Yates City, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Brehmer and Barbara Brehmer (Ross); and his grandson Bo Cation. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Edwards; his children, Brigitt Belau (Bob) of South Dakota, Betsy Hansen of South Dakota and Jenny Cation of Yates City; his sister Phyllis Sorbel; his grandchildren, Gregory Hansen (Nicole), Haley Hansen, Rachel Belau, Kate Belau, Andrew Cation and Gage Galyean; and his close friends, Molly Fisher, Heath Skaggs (Liz), Hank Skaggs (Sara), PeeWee and Whitey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jerry Brehmer Family and Elba-Salem Fire Department.
