He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Andrews of Yale and Sue Andrews of Humboldt; his fiancée Emily Maxey; his siblings, Jerry Andrews (Jennifer), Paul Andrews (Cherie), Shelia Birchfield, Cindy Burmaster and Anne Schmidt; and his aunts and uncles, Norma Lange, Marilyn Tabis, Steve Caudill (Tina), Joe Caudill (Kelley), Larry Andrews (Pat), Linda Newkirk, Dianna Duran (Ernie) and Carolyn Estes.
