It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Young (Xenia, Illinois), born in Olney, Illinois, who passed away on July 3, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Young; and his brother Jerry Dion Young. He is survived by: his father Jerry L. "Boots"; his children, Kelton Young of Flora, Brittany Braun of Effingham, Richey Owens of Toledo and Matthew Owens of Flora; his grandchildren, Ian Young, Jeffrey Domijan Jr., Aiden Braun, Alaynna Braun and Timothy Owens; his mother Dixie Young of Xenia; his fiancée Tami Young; and his siblings, Teresa Eastin of Flora, Cheryl Crowe of Xenia, Jeff Young of Xenia and Michelle Kuhlig (Mark) of Louisville.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses and will be accepted through the funeral home.
