It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis McGrew of Xenia, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 85, on July 13, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. E. McGrew and Lyndall McGrew (Armes); her children, Connie Brown (Denver) and John Brown; her grandchildren, Kimberly Ayers (Jeff), Amity Frey and Kayla Hodgson; her siblings, Ronnie McGrew (Barb), Charles McGrew (Debra), Danny McGrew (Kit), Dannie Wyatt, Barbara Prather (Ron), Carla Stanford (Stan) and Rickey Dean McGrew; and her granddaughter Amanda Brown. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Cancer Crusaders, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
