She is survived by: her children, Alan Slagley (Lana) of Louisville and Cathy Cooper Ferguson of Xenia; her grandsons, Joshua Ferguson and Steven Carlyle; her sister JoAnn Patridge (J. D.) of Cynthiana, KY; and her sister-in-law Marion Bonn of Xenia.
