He is survived by: his wife Miranda Ashley of Xenia; his children, Zane Worthey of Xenia, Olivia Kemp of Florida, Taylor Ashley (Andy Parish) of Clay City, Eli Ashley of Xenia, Promise and Dakota Webb of Fairfield; his granddaughter Isabelle Lee Parish; his sister Crystal Ashley (Troy Harrison) of Cleveland, Mississippi; his siblings-in-law, Lois Liston (Colter) and John Worthey (Nikki); his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Harrison of Flora, Miranda Harrison of Flora, Kori Harrison (Misaac Scherer) of Flora and Shayley Ashley (J. P. Parker) of Fairfield; his parents-in-law, Candy Payne (Alan Wyatt) and John Worthey (Lori); and his aunts and uncles, Tricia Millikan, Donna Everman, Annette Faucett, Jeff Smith, Ronnie Abbott, Judy, George Knackmus, Anita Lynch, Tina Gumbel, Bev Guinn, Connie, Gimo Zerrusen, Ginny Ashley, Robin, Carl Wattles, Julie and Sparky Hurd.
