She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wayne "Hack" and Doris Lee Wilson (Purdy). She is survived by: her husband Robert Burkett of Xenia; her sons, Greg Burkett (Stacey) of Louisville and Andy Burkett (Cindie) of Nashville, Tennessee; her grandsons, Ethan and Carson Burkett of Louisville; and her brother Michael Wilson.
