He was predeceased by: his parents, Xon Warren and Anna Lucille Warren (Logan); his brother Jerry Warren; and his great-niece MaKenna Laurent. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sulsberger Kirby; his children, Mike, Michele, Mikey Warren Jr. (Lorna) of Louisville, Marsha Rudy (David) of Flora, Shelly Zink (Johnny) of Louisville and Mika Dowling (Ryan) of Joliet; his grandchildren, Sara Wochner (Ben), Nick Rudy, Bryan Rudy (Jennifer), Jantzen Borries (Hank), John Logan Zink (Kaitlin), Jonah Zink, Cassandra Warren, Kya Warren (Michael), Connie Warren (Ezra), River Dowling and Ridley Dowling; his great grandchildren, Carlie, Kate, Brady, Cam, Wesley, Ellarie, Vera, Jack, John Lucas, Josephine, Jordan, Rosalie, Kirra and Lucy; and his sister-in-law Glendal Warren. He is also survived by three nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
