She was predeceased by: her mothers, Opal Wayne and Henrietta Maria Colclasure (Smith); and her brother David Colclasure Rose. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Bullard of Xenia; her children, Tim Stephenson (Stacey) of Xenia and Pam Kincaid (Archie) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Kyle Kincaid of St. Louis, Clayton, Dave and Lon Bullard of Kell; and her sister-in-law Delores Colclasure of Flora.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with expenses and will accepted through the funeral home.
