He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennie Brown and Daisy Brown (Woodward); his wife Carolyn Sue Fitzjarrald; his stepparents, Buzz Martin and Etta Brown; his brothers, Dale, Kenneth, Charlie and Jerry; and his son-in-law Brent Schwaninger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Schwaninger Boose (Robert) of Xenia and Lisa Broadway (Doug) of Yelm, WA; his grandchildren, Stephanie Mitchell (Ryan) of Effingham, Chad Schwaninger of Florida, Bethany Finney (Derrick) of Gays, Greg Boose of Xenia and Zan Broadway of Washington; his great grandchildren, Tysha, Ashlyn, Joanna, Carder, Austin, Nora, Keatan, Avery, Kierstan and Rhett; his great great grandchildren, Avayah, Adalee and Aisland; his sister Ileen Young of Summersville, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Brown of Streator and Sherry Brown of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, cousins.
Memorials may be given to the local Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V.) and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
