He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucjan Urbanski and Donuta Urbanski (Pas). He is survived by: his wife Daphne Urbanski of Xenia; his children, Desiree Pursley (Donnie) of Wayne City and Thadius (Rayden) of Keenes; his granddaughters, Ayden and Alexandra; and his siblings, Susan Moore of Woodlawn, Anthony Urbanski (Lisa) of Woodlawn, Stevie Urbanski (Deanna) of DuBois and Agnes Skabialka (Johnny) of Centralia. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, father-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
