She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Hockman and Pearl Hockman (Logan); her husband Tom Krutsinger; and her siblings, Buddy, Ed, Ron Hockman and Judy Anderson.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Spicer of Louisville; and her brother-in-law Bob Anderson of Louisville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Animal Rescue & Shelter (CCARS) and will be accepted through the funeral home.
