She was predeceased by: her parent Margaret "Diane" Kincaid; her adoptive parents, Dale Kincaid and Linda Kincaid; and her grandparents, Leroy and Helen Kincaid.
She is survived by: her husband Travis Logan of Xenia; her children, Jamalyn Logan of Xenia, Katelyn Logan of Louisville, Courtney Logan (Andy Fryman) of Olney, Bailey Keppler (Dylan) of Louisville and Taylor Jo Walker (Trey) of Flora; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brantley, Carter, Dawsyn, Alania, Eloise, Jaci and Walker; and her siblings, Chantia Staley (Allan), Bill Kincaid, Kelly Wyatt (Ed), Archie Kincaid (Pam) and Rachel Bowles (Kevin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Crystal's memory to a College Fund for her daughter Jamalyn.
