She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Everett and Sue Spitzner (Mattox); and her grandparents, Clarence, Mary Spitzner and Lucille Colclasure.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Cook of Xenia; her stepson David Cook (Samantha) of Kansas; her brother Charles "Chuck" Everett Spitzner (Linda) of Rinard; and her nieces and nephews, Shannon Fehrenbacher (Bryce), Nick Spitzner (Bethanny) and Danielle King (Vince).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank & Bright Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Flora, IL 62839). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested to a love fund to help with expenses for Chris, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
